Job duties include, but are not limited to: commercial and industrial mechanical insulation (insulation of ductwork, pipes, tanks, refrigeration units, etc.,) and basic construction knowledge (cutting, measuring, etc.).
Must be 18 years old. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. Insurance options after 90 days. Mechanically inclined individuals with basic hand tools, driver’s license, reliable transportation, and safety knowledge on construction sites. Must be reliable and have willingness to learn and take direction.

This is a 4-month / 32 hour per week (May, June, July and August) , work-study training position to provide an in-depth experience in various types of firefighter work and gain a broad range of skills. Learn the concrete construction trade through a local family owned company. Be taught everything that is involved with preparation, pouring, and finishing concrete.
